Longer time exposures with the camera on a tripod is how you achieve the water-drapery effect seen in many similar photos. The water streaming over the rocks blurs out into veils rather than individual droplets. The exposure here was approximately 2 seconds long.

beautiful photos, it loos like a stunning area to go walking...
It is indeed. You'd enjoy the video I made of these same falls. On a DVD soon, if not too long a-making.
